"Verse of the day is like an angelic touch every morning. In the midst of the world of commerce and the business of life I can see what God is saying today. How often it is something I needed to hear at that point. We are about to go to Africa for three weeks and will miss it since Internet contact will be restricted. May we survive! Blessings" Tony Copple Prison Alpha Advisor (Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, 2010-04-15 11:45:00)

Prayer Needs
Ron Piggott manages this daily devotion. In 2006 corrective surgery from a childhood disease affecting his left hip reached it's "shelf life". Through the past four years Ron has been through multiple failed surgeries and diagnostic tests in an effort to understand what is wrong in his hip joints and how they may be repaired. In June 2010 a magazine article was printed about Ron's life and ministry. You may read it in our About Us section.
In the fall of 2010 Ron will be having new M.R.I.'s done of both hips to examine the soft tissues and to pint point the causes of pain in a last ditch effort to restore his mobility. Ron's family doctor knows of his faith and asked us to pray for God's help in this challenging journey. Please joint in this effort with a simple prayer inviting God's healing touch and wisdom for the medical community as they speak to him about his condition. A number of people of Belleville, Ontario, Canada where Ron lives have been touched by God's grace in his life and his encouraging words to others while enduring this challenging time. This is something to give thanks to the Lord for.
