Statistically speaking the days between Thanksgiving and Christmas are the most difficult time of year. Many people struggle with depression and loneliness and turn to the Internet for answers. With the help of a friend between November 24th and December 5th 2011 I visited many of the churches in the communities near my home asking if they will share The Verse of the Day with their congregation and those visiting the church. Would you join in this effort sharing Christ as the reason for our hope? Flyers, posters and bulletin inserts are available to share The Verse of the Day with your family, friends and church fellowship. As I think about 2011 what stands out in my mind is the the upheaval in the world. If you are struggling I invite you to look to the Lord for His peace and comfort. As we in Christ's body turn to the Lord in prayer we will see our family members and those we are about saved. They face some of the same challenges as we do. The Lord is able to shine through each of our lives as a silent testimony to our Lord and Saviour. Make a difference during this Christmas season. Share your faith.
